Westminster, CA (September 4, 2023) – A 76-year-old man is in critical condition after a three-car crash on Monday afternoon in Westminster.

The incident occurred at the intersection of Bolsa Avenue and Bushard Street, according to WPD Commander Kevin McCormick.

At 12:25 p.m., police were called to Bushard and spotted the three vehicles in the left northbound lane. The man was traveling as a passenger in one of the vehicles and was discovered unresponsive inside.

Orange County Fire Authority paramedics arrived and performed CPR before taking him to UCI Medical Center in Orange. Two persons from the other cars reported injuries, but they were not life-threatening.

Sgt. Anil Adam of the WPD Traffic Division requests that anybody who saw the collision get in touch.
