Personal injury attorney Robert I. Beckerman is a talented trial attorney who specializes in representing individuals and small businesses. He has experience in a wide array of cases including personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, family law, landlord-tenant, wrongful termination, and business disputes, and draws on that experience to provide comprehensive representation to his clients. Since being admitted to the bar, Mr. Beckerman has appeared in state, federal, and appellate courts, obtaining successful results at all levels.

In furtherance of his service to the community, Mr. Beckerman also draws on his wide-ranging knowledge base to aid individuals with their estate planning needs. He knows from experience that taking the time to set up a comprehensive plan to address your most important assets and business interests can save your family from a lot of difficulties, frustration, and hurt feelings later.

Having grown up in Metropolitan Detroit, Mr. Beckerman brings a strong midwestern work ethic to his practice. He attended the University of Michigan and graduated with a Bachelors’s Degree in Philosophy. He then attended Whittier Law School, graduating Summa Cum Laude and earning the title of Valedictorian for his number one class ranking. While in law school, he served one year as a member of the law review and represented Whittier in inter-school Trial Advocacy Honors Board competitions.

Mr. Beckerman began his legal career during law school doing civil litigation for a consumer protection firm in Santa Ana. He continued there until the summer of 2012 when he felt he could better serve the public by starting his own personal injury law firm dedicated to providing the individualized attention that clients need.

Mr. Anderson began his legal career in Southern California after graduating cum laude from Whittier Law School and passing the California bar on his first attempt. His reputation as a premier attorney landed him on Southern California’s Super Lawyers Rising Stars list and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

While in college, Mr. Anderson began his legal career working for a local law firm. He continued his legal experience throughout law school when he worked as a law clerk for a large law firm providing personal injury, business litigation, and bankruptcy services to individuals and small businesses nationwide. Mr. Anderson continues his legal practice by providing specialized assistance to his client’s legal matters.

Mr. Anderson, represents clients in personal injury cases, business formation, and business litigation. He is also a panel member of the Orange County Bar Association’s referral service providing legal assistance to individuals in need.
