Westminster, CA (July 19, 2024) – The California Highway Patrol reported a multiple-vehicle collision involving injuries on Friday, July 19, in the Westminster area.
Around 9:15 a.m., emergency responders and fire rescue teams were sent to State Route 91 eastbound, where they immediately began reviewing the crash scene, which involved what appeared to be two sedans. At the scene of the incident, accident victims received aid from police, EMTs, and firefighters. Reports state that the incident happened close to the exit for Coal Canyon Road in the left lanes of traffic.
One or more people required emergency medical attention at the scene of the collision, and an ambulance was reported to be on its way just before 10:00 a.m. That said, no further details on the victims’ current conditions were released. Authorities in Westminster are still looking into the incident and have not released any additional information.
