Westminster, CA (May 24, 2023) – On Wednesday afternoon, May 24, California Highway Patrol officers in the Westminster area received word of a collision involving two vehicles.

Before 2:20 p.m., police and fire rescue crews were sent to the site of an accident on westbound State Route 91 and immediately started clearing the area.

At the scene of the crash, police, paramedics, and firefighters were providing aid to the wounded. Supposedly, whatever happened on State Route 91 at its interchange with Imperial Highway took place in the left-hand lanes.

One or more people were hurt in the collision and needed immediate medical attention, and an ambulance was sent to the area just before 2:30 p.m. It’s not known whether any of the victims were sent to a nearby medical facility for further care.

The collision is still being looked into by Westminster officials, who have not released any other information at this time.

Our thoughts are with the wounded victims and their loved ones at this time.

Orange County Traffic Accident Statistics

When it comes to causes of mortality and severe injury in the United States, automotive accidents rank high. The great majority of those killed in vehicle accidents in the United States are killed due to human error.

Reckless driving comes in various forms, including but not limited to impairment, distraction, weariness, and racing. Careless drivers are a greater cause of accidents than either severe weather or mechanical failures.

Millions of Americans suffer serious injuries or die every year as a result of automobile accidents. More than 90% of these fatalities may be attributed to the carelessness of other drivers.

If you or a loved one has been injured in a car crash caused by another driver’s negligence, you should, of course, seek legal representation without delay. If you are seriously hurt in an accident, you may have to spend a considerable amount of time in the hospital. Having a family to support while going through this is also a significant source of stress.

However, if the collision was the result of another driver’s negligence or recklessness, you may be entitled to financial compensation. You may use the money to pay for things like medical care, car repairs, missed income, and more.

For decades, the lawyers at Beckerman Anderson have been there for those who have been hurt in car accidents, fighting for the compensation they need so that they may get their lives back on track. Our mission is to help those who have been injured through no fault of their own recover financial stability.

If you contact one of our accident lawyers right once after an accident, you may be able to get out of paying for any or all of the expenses associated with it. Victims and their loved ones should never have to pay for something like this, in our opinion.
