Orange Cove, CA (January 16, 2023)- On January 13, 2023, a crash occurred that involved two vehicles near Clayton Avenue and Hill Avenue in Orange Cove. The traffic accident took place around 8:00 a.m. Thursday morning and a police officer was among those who were injured in the crash. 

The California Highway Patrol reported that a Reedley police car hit another vehicle, but the conditions in which the officer crashed into the other car are still unclear. The local police were on the scene and responded to the accident almost immediately. 

The crash was quick to clean up, and after the road was cleared, the officer visited the hospital. Both parties suffered injuries in the collision. As of right now, there have not been any updates on the medical condition of the injured victims. 

While the cause of the accident remains unknown, police are still investigating what initially happened to cause the officer to hit another vehicle.
