Most of the time, injury accidents are caused by the actions of negligent drivers. Negligent driving is the cause of over 90% of car wrecks that happen in the United States. Specifically, distracted driving has become a serious issue in the past decade. This is most likely due to the fact that everyone feels the need to be on their phone constantly.
