Fountain Valley, CA (July 12, 2021) – On Saturday, July 10th, a man in his 50s died after he was struck by two vehicles at the intersection of Warner Avenue and Euclid Street in Fountain Valley.
Police reports show that the fatal pedestrian accident took place at about 2:30 a.m. when a northbound minivan hit a man in a wheelchair as he tried to cross Euclid Street. Following the initial crash, the man was then struck by a northbound SUV.
Both drivers remained at the scene and cooperated with the police.
Upon their arrival, paramedics pronounced the victim deceased. Drugs and alcohol did not contribute to this accident.
