West Covina, CA (February 11, 2021) – A pedestrian died after they were struck by at least one car in the westbound lanes of the San Bernardino Freeway in West Covina on Tuesday, February 9th.
The accident took place on the on-ramp for Vincent Avenue South at about 7:25 p.m.
Officials from the California Highway Patrol said it is unclear at this point if the pedestrian was struck while walking on the on-ramp.
Whether the driver who hit the pedestrian stayed at the scene or was cited remains unreported at this time.
