Trucking Accidents in Orange County

Perris, CA – Major Injuries Reported After Crash with Semi on Ramona Expy at Nevada Rd

Between the years of 2009 and 2014, Orange County accidents of all types decreased by approximately 16%. However, several cities reported increases in accidents with injuries, and trucking accidents in Orange County, like those that occur all across the state of California, are often inclined to result in severe injuries or death. While a wide range of various factors can frequently lead to sudden and severe collisions, it is important to understand some of the main causes of those accidents that involve a commercial tractor-trailer.

All-too-often, truck drivers are forced to travel as many miles each day that they possibly can. While tractor-trailers provide the entire country with many essential goods, it is important to realize that the negligence of some trucking companies and other employers has caused the suffering of countless people after an accident. Drivers who are forced to travel for over 15 hours at a time often experience driver fatigue. In many other cases, sudden collisions have been triggered by the overloading of cargo and poor vehicle maintenance.

None of the aforementioned reasons why sudden truck accidents occur provides a reason why innocent victims should suffer after a crash. Sudden injuries generally lead to immensely high expenses. The costs of hospitalization and continued medical treatment often stack up on top of lost wages, and the only reasonable step forward is to find a compassionate accident attorney who will fight on your behalf.
